LOCATION & CONCEPT

Le Grand Bleu hotel is situated at Trou Aux Biches on the north coast of Mauritius, at about 45 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes to Port Louis (Capital City) and 5 minutes drive to Grand Bay.
Only a narrow coastal road separates the hotel with Trou aux Biches Beach which, is known as one of the best sandy beaches of Mauritius.

 

ACCOMMODATION

The hotel consists of 64 air conditioned bedrooms with twin, double and family units, as follows:

04 Bungalows with 2 rooms- accommodating a maximum of 4 persons, 56 standard rooms for 2 persons and 4 Superior rooms with a lobby, to accommodate 3 persons. 

All rooms are supplied with the facility of private W.C and shower or tub. All rooms are equipped of telephone, T.V, Minibar, Electric shaver point (220V) and a hairdryer. All rooms have their private terrace or balcony.

 

RESTAURANT

Our main restaurant, overlooking the ocean, serves a maximum of 140 covers at one seating. The half board package includes, full breakfast in buffet style and table d’hôte menu or exotic buffets/barbecue for dinner.

A “La Carte” lunch, snacks and daytime grills are served either in the restaurant or the pool deck under tropical umbrellas. Pancakes & Ice cream are also available.

ENTERTAIMENT

Daily entertainment & live music/ cabaret show in the evening. Sega show once a week.

SPORTS & LEISURE Free of Charge

A large swimming pool of 250m2 for adults & children. Our Boathouse offers, Pedal boats, Kayaks, Snorkeling trips in the lagoon & Glass bottom boat rides.

Table Tennis, French Bowling, Darts, Carom, Mini fitness center & other social games are also available.

Children’s menus are served everyday at 18.00hrs in the main restaurant. Baby sitting payable, on request.
